I'm Back
Sorry that I was off for a few weeks, but I am back with some good news. I have finally achieved my psychological objective from latter 1998 and early 1999, which is a long story that I will discuss in a future YouTube video series that I am going to make about it.But I can give you a synopsis. I have had a long history of obsessive problems regarding Star Wars and of hating Star Wars. My psychological objective that I am referring to was to be my own person in my mind when it came to space and interstellar travel and not have Star Wars represent space for me. I achieved that goal on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 but had to work out some bugs that if left untreated would cause me to go into an Anti-Star Wars Fanaticism that would ultimately turn me into my own worst enemy out of raw revenge for having my Orion II taken away in 1999. I remedied the problem by withdrawing all realistic interstellar spacecraft from dealing with Star Wars in my mind including Project Orion II and my famed Colo Claw Fish Carrier known as the ISV Odyssey since my objective was achieved. I am finally moving on after all of those years.
I have a photo of a 1:1000 scale 19cm Sculpey III model Project Orion II below but I do not have any pictures yet of the ISV Odyssey.
The ISV Odyssey is drawn from the other realistic starships including the ISV Venture Star from Avatar, Project Daedalus, and Bussard Ramjet. The ISV Odyssey would have an antimatter and Bussard ramjet hybrid propulsion system since it is an ideal realistic propulsion for transporting Colo Claw Fish through deep space. The ISV Odyssey had four huge heat radiators between the anti hydrogen storage and the Bussard Ramscoop. The Colo Claw Fish are housed in a 300 meter wide twin centrifugal ring and in cryosleep during the entirety of the voyage. There are four deep sea to orbit shuttles which are distant descendants from Skylon that ferry Colo Claw Fish between deep sea and the orbiting ISV. The ISV Odyssey is a distant descendant of Project Orion II. The ISV Odyssey is 1900 meters long and 500 meters wide. You will notice that the ISV Odyssey does not look like your usual movie starships such as the Enterprise from Star Trek and that it does not have an FTL drive since it is based on the laws of physics. I will present more information on the ISV Odyssey in the future.

My Deviant Art Account
Hello, this is Project Orion II's chief designer and I will talk about my deviant art account. My account name is ProjectOrionII and I have uploaded six images of my own so far, for of them are of my 1:100 scale model of Seamore the Colo Claw Fish and two of them are of my 1:1000 scale model of the Project Orion II interstellar spacecraft. I also have added many favorites on my account as well and wrote a journal entry on my concerns regarding how Colo Claw Fish are mistreated in Star Wars for no good reason.

Fallacy Friday: Anti-Lion King Fanaticism's Logical Fallacies
Hello this is Project Orion II's Chief Designer, and welcome to my first Fallacy Friday, in which I will discuss various types of logical fallacies employed by individuals such as Confused Matthew and Super Godzilla 12 in the name of Anti-Lion King Fanaticism (ALKF) (esp. the below average claim that Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa are bad guys). I will link this post in the description boxes of some of my videos.
Straw Man
Definition: An informal logical fallacy that distorts and/or oversimplifies and opponent's position and/or argument and later claims to heroically defeat their opponent in a debate. This is fallacious because distorting and/or oversimplifying things does not constitute addressing the addressing the points as they were intended to be addressed.
This is perhaps the most commonly used fallacy by those who dogmatically maintain that Simba is a brat and that Timon and Pumbaa are villains as demonstrated throughout both Confused Matthew and Super Godzilla 12's retarded reviews of The Lion King.
Sample 1: "Simba deliberately puts others lives in danger."
There is so much wrong with the above argument since first of all it has no basis in reality on how the character of Simba is written. In the elephant graveyard scene, we actually learn that Simba cares more about others' safety than his own such as telling the Hyenas to pick on someone their own size after they launched Zazu in the "birdy boiler" and swiping Shenzi with is claws to save Nala. This is a total distortion of Simba's character and there are many other distortions of Simba's character as well as distortions of Timon and Pumbaa's characters throughout those two aforementioned mind-numbing nit pick "reviews" of The Lion King.
Sample 2: "You are just a Lion King fan boy who is bigoted against anyone who dislikes or criticizes The Lion King."
There is so much wrong with that argument too, and I am very sick and tired of hearing it from those to defend CM and SG12's ALKF from criticism. I have no problem if some people dislike The Lion King or even criticize it, I only have a problem with people running down light-hearted characters like Timon and Pumbaa for no good reason for example. Savage Broadcast said, "There is a DIFFERENCE between having an opinion and being wrong on something!"
Personal Attack Fallacy (Argumentum ad Hominem)
Defintion: Any informal logical fallacy that involves verbal attacks against their opponent without addressing any of their opponent's points in an effort to discredit what they say. This is fallacious because verbally attacking one's opponent is not the same as addressing their points.
This is another commonly used family of fallacies by the proponents of the belief that Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa are bad guys.
Ad Hominem Abusive: An informal logical fallacy that heaps verbal attacks such as name-calling and profanity onto their opponent to discredit anything that they say without addressing the substance of the argument.
Sample: I hate your ugly face and I don't care what you have to say and I will still rightfully say that Timon and Pumbaa are evil."
The desperate fanatical Lion King hater called their opponent nasty names and did not address a single point that their opponent has made as to why they are wrong.
Ad Hominem Circumstantial: An informal logical fallacy that argues against their opponent's circumstances to discredit anything that they say without addressing the argument at hand. This is fallacious because arguing against one's opponent's circumstances is not the same as addressing what they say.
Sample: "Of course who hate Confused Matthew's glorious review of The Lion King because you had The Lion King as part of his childhood along with Star Trek and Toy Story."
The fact that The Lion King was a part of their opponent's childhood has noting to do with their actual arguments. For instance, Savage Broadcast does not have The Lion King on his top ten favorite movies list and he too was disgusted by the sloppy review of The Lion King that Confused Matthew posted. So that Lion King basher did not address a single point made by their opponent.
Poisoning the Well: A form of ad hominem circumstantial that presents unfavorable information about their opponent whether it be true or false to discredit anything that they say without addressing their argument. This is fallacious because presenting unfavorable information about one's opponent does not constitute addressing their argument itself.
Sample: "I don't care what any Lion King fan say and who knows, it was all about money, money, money!"
The Lion King hater presented unfavorable information about The Lion King to discredit anything that his opponent says without addressing the actual substance of the argument. The unfavorable information is only part true since when The Lion King was first started, it was like an experiment and they did not know if anyone would want to see it where they thought that Pocahontas would be the hit. Boy were they surprised when The Lion King first came out and that it was a huge hit.
Appeal to Hypocrisy (Ad Hominem Tu Quoque): An informal logical fallacy that tries to make their opponent appear hypocritical as to discredit anything that they say without addressing the argument. This is fallacious because making one's opponent appear hypocritical does not necessarily constitute addressing an argument.
Sample: "You are making a stance that I should not attack the The Lion King or say that Timon and Pumbaa are evil, but you say bad things about Titan AE all of the time!"
The ALKF-infected goon was arguing against their opponent's opposition towards Titan AE to discredit anything that they say that proves that Timon and Pumbaa are good protagonists. A person hating Titan AE has nothing to do with why Timon and Pumbaa are not evil.
Red Herring
Definition: Not as much a logical fallacy as a distraction technique to draw one's opponent off track from the argument at hand.
Sample: "I have been getting constant requests that compelled me to make my Lion King review that I would not have made otherwise."
The above argument is a distraction from the opponent's argument that the arguer is repeating the exact same garbage as found in another very similar Lion King review.
Ad Hoc Reasoning
Definition: A logical fallacy in which the arguer looks for things to try and make their defeated argument appear valid. This is fallacious because making a defeated argument appear valid does not change the fact that such an argument has already been proven invalid.
Sample: "The Scar scenes earlier on in The Lion King proves that the song Be Prepard is pointless to the plot and not part of plot development."
The scenes of Scar prior to Be Prepared showing how he wants to be king and tricked Simba into going to the elephant graveyard does not change the fact that Be Prepared is proven to move the plot forward.
Moving the Goalposts!
Definition: A logical fallacy that suddenly changes the standards of proof once their opponent has met them by the letter to claim that their opponent has not proven anything when in fact they did. This is not only fallacious it is CHEATING! And remember that CHEATING is totally UNFAIR! This is done in an effort to claim victory when one has clearly lost the debate.
Sample: "The concept of character development does not change the fact that Simba is so bratty or that Timon and Pumbaa are evil."
The ALKF apologist changed the standards of proof in a desperate bid to save his cherished belief that Lion King protagonists are evil. It is a FACT that character and plot development totally destroy the belief that Sumba, Timon, and Pumbaa are bad.
Accident
Definition: An informal logical fallacy that applies a general rule to an atypical specific case to which it does not apply. This is fallacious because applying a general rule to a specific case where it may not apply does not necessarily prove the conclusion right. This is a frequently used fallacy by ALKF when they call their incorrect claims "an opinion".
Sample: "Timon and Pumbaa being evil is called an opinion, so please chill out and leave me alone and stop telling me that I am wrong for believing it."
The ALKF goon applied a general rule that is a beauty of movie reviewing that it is about opinions to a specific rare case in which they were basically mistaken on something to justify their flaws. For instance, someone saying that Timon and Pumbaa are annoying and mood killers is called an OPINION just like when some people find Star Trek boring is; which is totally DIFFERENT from the INCORRECT claim that Timon and Pumbaa are villains.

Definition: An informal logical fallacy that uses confusing words and is fallacious because using confusing words does not necessarily prove a point.
Sample: "Me saying that Simba should have been killed by the Hyenas is just a joke."
The ALKF goon is saying that just because it was a joke that their opponent should calm down. He failed to recognize that not all jokes are funny and that some jokes are outright cruel.

Definition: An informal logical fallacy in which the arguer threatens the persuadee that unpleasant consequences will follow if they do not accept the conclusion. This is fallacious because the threat of force does not necessarily prove the conclusion to be correct.
Sample: "Colo Claw Fish, Anti-Lion King Fanaticism is glorious and you must accept the fact that Timon and Pumbaa are scum. If you don't believe me and continue to defend The Lion King and say that Timon and Pumbaa are good, I will summon Godzilla and he will come over and roast you alive and slaughter you!"
As you can see ALKF Jack's threat of having Godzilla kill the Colo Claw Fish does not necessarily prove that ALKF is good or that Timona and Pumbaa are bad. Jack will be told to leave and never return for this as in the classic oldie song Hit The Road Jack by Ray Charles!
I hope that you are now fully aware of the various types of frequently used logical fallacies in the defense of Confused Matthew and Super Godzilla 12's devastating, asinine, disjointed, unsound, egregious, unintelligible, unreasonable, silly, muddled, confused, illogical, idiotic, retarded, dumb, mind-numbing, anti-reality, deceptive, cruel, unfunny, hack, and ugly reviews of The Lion King. An anti-reality movie review is astonishingly rare, and CM and SG12's TLK reviews are two examples of that.
Apologetics
Definition: Adamantly defending a certain belief by believing in it with strong convictions regardless of how much evidence stacks up against it. Believing something with conviction does not necessarily prove it right.
Sample: For instance, when you criticize or shoot down Confused Matthew or Super Godzilla 12's Lion King reviews, there is quite often a storm of apologetics from either fan boys or the reviewers themselves. SG12 uses outright apologetics and yells at me for shooting him down in his videos about me.

Why Avatar is BETTER than Titan AE
In this post, I will talk about why my favorite movie of all time James Cameron's Avatar is astronomically better than the toxic Titan AE that I loathe with a purple passion.
- Avatar is vastly more realistic than Titan AE. James Cameron has a strong emphasis on scientific accuracy and realism including on when he made Avatar. You should check out this Realistic Designs webpage on Atomic Rockets to get started and I strongly recommend the book James Cameron's Avatar: An Activist Survival Guide. Titan AE is handwavium saturation and I am not joking! Blast I cannot suspend my disbelief for tons of handwavium wishful thinking! Even Star Wars which is fantasy like Harry Potter and Lord Of The Rings is not this unrealistic or soaked in handwavium as Titan AE is! Titan AE on the other hand despite being pure handwavium IS science fiction like Back To The Future and Star Trek.
- Avatar does not have a spaceship total our planet for no good reason. The premise of Titan AE had a spaceship demolish Earth for no good reason whatsoever that did not make any shred of sense whatsoever storywise. In Avatar, the Earth was dying due to human carelessness and greedy human prospectors came to Pandora trying to steal unobtainium. Avatar was also a great cautionary tale like some other good works of sci-fi such as The Day After Tomorrow and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home are about pernicious trends that we are participating in.
- Anything that Titan AE can do, Avatar can do better. I do have to grudgingly admit that the messages of Titan AE themselves such as hope, second chances, finding a home, belonging, etc are good. However, Avatar also has those same types of messages and can even get them across far better than Titan AE can. Avatar has other great messages that Titan AE lacks such as caring for the environment, anti-militarism, and anti-capitalism which I adamantly push for.
- Carl Sagan would have loved Avatar and would have hated Titan AE. Carl Sagan was born on Friday, November 9, 1934 and died on Friday, December 20, 1996. Titan AE was released on Friday, June 16, 2000 while Avatar was released on Friday, December 18, 2009. If Carl Sagan were alive today and had seen both Titan AE and Avatar, he probably would have been as disgusted with Titan AE as I am and would have championed Avatar like I do.
- Jake Sully is a far better protagonist than Cale Tucker. Cale was a quite rude and obnoxious character throughout the course of Titan AE. Jake Sully was more caring about the people in his life than Cale was. Cale is just like the RDA businessman Parker Selfridge. Cale and Parker are exactly the same character since they are both arrogant and rude. At least Parker was an antagonist while sadly Cale was a protagonist.
- Most Titan AE fans use logical fallacies when Titan AE is criticized. From my encounters with Titan AE fans on the Internet, although there have been a few mature Titan AE fans who gave mature defenses to my criticisms of the film, sadly most Titan AE fans resort to childish logical fallacies. The most popular logical fallacy among Titan AE fans is the straw man and after that is the ad hominem. Avatar is a rational movie and therefore would not have tons of fallacies in its defense.
- Titan AE deserved to bomb out in the box office. I am mighty glad that Titan AE was a FLOP that will never ever stop flopping around! Avatar in spite of inflated ticket pricing over the years, was a runaway success and I am also pleased that Avatar is a HIT!

Why I Protect Colo Claw Fish
The underlying reason I take Colo Claw Fish under my wing in interstellar voyages of the mind is to 1) promote peace and 2) inspire us to get out of this present culture of "why bother" and to be bold and to seize greatness. This Velvet Rocket | Project Daedalus sums up my motivations for having such positive feelings towards Colo Claw Fish beautifully. I say that we have tolerated this present pernicious culture of impotence, ignorance, fear, obsessive militarism for long enough and we must be bold, work together internationally, and start to develop an interstellar probe such as Project Icarus and Project Orion II. Let Colo Claw Fish and I quote:
"I say that we have tolerated this present, pernicious culture of impotence, fear and ignorance long enough. How long must we stand by and watch brave proposals collect dust? It is time for us to be bold and to seize greatness. It is time for a massive interstellar space probe.
If we are content to live in the past, we have no future. And today is the past." - The Velvet Rocket
I could not have said it better myself, I totally agree with The Velvet Rocket about what I have just quoted. Colo Claw Fish and I say that we have tolerated this current harmful culture of impotence, fear, obsessive militarism, and ignorance for too long. Why must we allow brave scientific proposals collect dust? Let's start working together internationally as one people and live in peace. It is time to start developing an interstellar space probe such as Project Orion II.
Although Colo Claw Fish appeared only for seconds in Star Wars Episode I just to be sadistically tortured and eaten by a Sando Aqua Monster and mostly discussed in Star Wars source books and websites, I am still positive towards Colo Claw Fish for the reasons I stated above. However, the brief appearance of Colo Claw Fish in TPM and my taking Colo Claw Fish under my wing at the same go is a coincidence. Had Colo Claw Fish had a major role in their story (Star Wars or NOT), not gotten tortured and eaten (Sando Aqua Monster or NOT), or were portrayed in an astronomy book similar to Cosmos and The Universe And Beyond as hypothetical realistic aliens, I STILL would be taking Colo Claw Fish under my wing and be so positive towards them. One thing to prove it was an image in a book with realistic interstellar travel in it of an animal resembling a Colo Claw Fish with distinguishing features and was not a Colo Claw Fish eating a small angler fish-type creature saying something about being eaten out of the gene pool. So even if Colo Claw Fish were portrayed differently than in TPM, I still would be positive towards Colo Claw Fish and have my Colo Claw Fish & Project Orion II Unity.
NOTE: I don't like Star Wars and yet I am still highly positive towards Colo Claw Fish. This is ironic but I am honest about it.
I dislike Star Wars for a variety of reasons. First of all, I have various bad memories regarding Star Wars including when I had Project Orion II taken away for twenty weeks solid in 1999 in the name of Star Wars. Secondly, I have deep foreboding about Star Wars. Thirdly, the whole concept of the "Force" that the Jedi use is a metaphor for FaithPsychosis such as Christophrenia as well as being a cheat and a cop-out. Fourthly, Star Wars can be very insensitive at times such as glorifying the act of a Sando Aqua Monster torturing, ripping in half, and eating a Colo Claw Fish. Fifthly, Star Wars is way too unrealistic in that it is mostly built on handwavium wishful thinking. Finally, many avid Star Wars fans are apologists and like to attack certain non-Star Wars things such as Star Trek, Star Fox, Titanic, and Avatar for example in the name of keeping Star Wars on top.

I could not have said it better myself, I totally agree with The Velvet Rocket about what I have just quoted. Colo Claw Fish and I say that we have tolerated this current harmful culture of impotence, fear, obsessive militarism, and ignorance for too long. Why must we allow brave scientific proposals collect dust? Let's start working together internationally as one people and live in peace. It is time to start developing an interstellar space probe such as Project Orion II.
