Introduction
Hello, I am Project Orion II's Chief Designer and my name is Timothy McHugh. I forst came up with the interstellar spacecraft concept dubbed "Project Orion II" in the morning of Thursday, February 18, 1999. That is exactly why I commorate February 18 as the birthday of Project Orion II. I will use this blog for other purpose besides promoting Project Orion II such as popularizing science and shooting down creationism for example.
